Very impressed with the overall service and communication
I was very impressed with the overall service and communication. We dropped our car in after warning lights started flashing up. I was greeted by a very friendly Sam at the Laindon branch who explained the cost and process. The car was kept in overnight for further investigation, which identified a fault. Although there were no more slots left to fix it until the following week, I was told they’d do their best to squeeze me in if possible. Later that day, whilst waiting at the local car rental, I had another call from Sam explaining that they had managed to squeeze it in that day after all and had also fixed the problem in less time than they expected. Saved me hundreds on car rental. Thanks so much Sam and the team at Laindon.
